(Service for medical-psychological support)
Working in NRCERM psychotherapists, psychiatrists, psychologists have higher qualification and wide experience of providing psychological and psychiatric assistance to those suffered in emergence situations.
Service tasks:
- providing psychological, psychiatric and psychotherapeutic assistance to those suffered in emergence situations;
- psychological following of therapy and diagnostic process in the hospital, psychological correction and rehabilitation of inpatients and outpatients;
- psychological following of rescue workers of EMERCOM of Russia during their professional activity;
- psychological rehabilitation of individuals after acute grief; posttraumatic stress disorders.
The Service has developed and implemented the package of preventive and rehabilitation measures for those involved in emergency and crisis situation, including rescue workers, fire-fighters and other professionals of EMERCOM of Russia.
Computer-aided system has been developed for assessment of psychological preparedness of professionals of EMERCOM of Russia for performance under extreme conditions.
